In this meeting, we sit down and conduct a review of your current and future goals and the need for a personalized plan. We also review policies and procedures to build-in protection and assist in minimizing any liability exposure. If warranted, we will help conduct an employee survey to gather feedback on the various needs of the group and to understand what’s most important. We will ask for the information we need to complete our review of your current plan, so we can provide a full audit of your customized program.

Here, we explore and examine the products and services that best suit your overall needs and goals discovered in our first series of meetings.

At this point, our team goes to market to verify whether pricing is competitive and to confirm the analysis from our plan review. We present a detailed breakdown of our strategies, the process that works best and the products and services we use to meet your needs.

With approval, we make the changes needed for your current plan, or move to a new insurer that is better suited to install a new plan. But it doesn’t stop there. We understand that you’re looking for unique solutions. We know that one size does not fit all. Our experience has taught us that as employees needs change, your plan needs to, too. And more than anything, it’s important to understand that consistent cost can work well for the business, but employee engagement and satisfaction brings far more value over time.
